The purchase of Psilocybe cubensis spores is only legal in countries where government officials have allowed licensed and certified online stores to sell spores so they can be grown for limited use by residents of the same countries.

There are few countries in the world where the possession, sale, transport, and cultivation of Psilocybe Cubensis Spores are illegal because they contain the Schedule I drugs Psilocin and Psilocin.

According to the United Nations 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, mushrooms containing psilocybin and psilocin (psychedelic compounds) are listed as Schedule I drugs because these recognized forms are not of medical use. In addition, these drugs have a high potential for abuse.

Due to the mere presence of psychedelic compounds and their hallucinatory effects, Psilocybin mushrooms are not regulated by other trades. In the United States, possession of psilocybin-containing mushrooms is illegal only in Georgia, Idaho, and California. In the remaining states, the sale of mushroom spores is legal.

Remember: Spore sales are not permitted for the purpose of hallucinogenic mushroom production.

It's said that the ramifications of mushrooms are somewhat subjective, but they can differ based on the respective applications. Interestingly, the psychedelic mushroom can alter time understanding, and its observable and immediate effects may last between 3 to 8 hours.

Along with this, other modifications can be observed via the improvement of contrasting colors, halos around light sources, improved visual acuity, rippling surfaces, and objects that seem to breathe or blush.
